Living on the cusp of epiphany (Message to self)

It's a dangerous place to be; RSS exacerbates it. The more you read and proclaim "Yeah! That's so true", the closer you feel to the moment of revelation. But it never comes, you finish reading, close the laptop and make some toast and coffee. Nothing has changed.

It's the phantasm of erudition. The same patterns and perceptions ignited over and over, nothing new.

What you need is a break. Walk away.

Epiphanies never come in times of noisy preoccupation, only quiet solitude.
