I'm going to WD06, Hooray!

Well, it's official: I got my itinerary. I'm off to Web Directions 2006. I'm both excited and nervous. I'm excited because I'll be hangin' with web geeks, hangin' with my own kind so to speak. But, I'm also nervous because there are a lot of really clever people who will be there and I'm sure I'm gonna say something dumb and embarass myself. I'll also get to meet the hoopy cats from port80 of which I am a member and who I've read much about, but never met face to face.

I was pretty chuffed, I applied for the conference at work and got everything I asked for, which was very nice of them. 2 days of workshops and 2 days of conference. Can't wait to get down and nerdy.
