Hooray for open source and other things

I lost my open source cherry, so to speak, the other day. Someone actually found my Ajax.CachedAutocompleter class useful and sent me a thank you email. I was chuffed :)

Lately I've been quite absorbed in this really cool thing I've been working on. It's just a little personal project where I put my money where my mouth is; actually do something instead of just talk about it. I'm excited even though only about 3 people in the world will probably find it worthwhile to use. More on that later.

I've also found a replacement for Bloglines finally. Not that Bloglines is essentially bad, I've been using it quite happily for ages now. News Alloy is a new hardcore web based RSS reader. Colour me switched!
