Check Your Telstra Bill
Saturday, January 10, 2009After the fun we had with the cancellation of Kris' Telstra Mobile account, we received a bill which had several charges for the early cancellation of 2 other accounts we never even had! One was even a business phone account!?!? Interestingly as soon as Kris rang Telstra to find out what was going on, they wiped all charges without question. What's going on at Telstra? Lesson: check your Telstra bill thoroughly!

I have been asking for a print out of my telstra bill with all the charges itemised so I know what I am paying for.
All they send me is the cell phone calls and it never seems to add up to what I am getting charged, for eg: mobile orginated sms calls $25.987
Thats all the information I am getting and then the bill is for $193.05 how do they work that out.
the same(well close)thing happened to me.?i received a telstra bill for$181.00 when all i was meant to be paying(as i was told beforehand)was $27connection fee and thanks to a telstra representative today,3/2/09,she calculated my bill to be $86.00?i asked her to forward me a new bill as proof though she said id have to wait till my next bill to find out,so i will pay the told amt and hope there arent going to be any problems as it is my 1st telstra and bigpond bill and i was in shock to see the amt i was being charged.i am so glad to telstra consultant for fixing my anxiety causing confusing prob.
What is an 'ENHANCED SMS'? I have been charged fees for this unknown service from the day I first started using a phone. Still getting charged, but don't know what it is........!
Have requested 'paper-bills' also but as yet still have not received one. Easier to follow for me.
I have not received my bill for January 2011 and as our bill averages $50.00 and this one is for $97.70 I need a detailed account for the January bill also cannot get it on line
